Christmas at the Gordons
Lane, of course, got just about everything "Nemo" from Santa. He was soooo excited to see all that Santa brought him. Mary-Beth got almost everything "Hannah Montana" from Santa.

Both of the kids tried to destroy the house as they road their riding toys in the house. They were hilarious as they tried to figure out how to steer the bikes.
You can't tell by looking at Mary-Beth but the day after Christmas we had to take her to the hospital and we found out that she had Bronchitis.
Here are the Gordon grand kids posing for the camera. They tried to be serious, but it didn't last long.

Merry Christmas, Will I love you!!!!!!

Mary-Beth had a mini recital this Saturday. She has been looking forward to getting up on the stage for two weeks. You wouldn't think this of her with her being so shy. She did great. However, I shouldn't have sat on the front row because she starred at me the whole time.

Seeing Santa

The kids were so excited to see Santa. We started a tradition when Mary-Beth was born in taking the kids to see Santa in North Park and after seeing Santa we take them to Hallmark to pick out an ornament. As you can see they were both all smiles as they sat in his lap and told him what they wanted for Christmas. Mary-Beth asked for a Hannah Montana barbie and Lane asked for anything Nemo (of course).
Sorry for the pics of the ornaments being a little blurry. I didn't realize it until I uploaded them to the blog. Mary-Beth picked out the ballerina and Lane picked out, you guessed it, the nemo.

"Cole the Elf"

Cole the elf came to visit us today. (this is a spin-off from the book "The Elf on the Shelf") He has come to stay with us until Christmas. Mary-Beth and Lane are so excited that he has come. He watches the kids to tell Santa how they are everyday and then goes back to the North Pole every night. Each morning he is hidding in a different place for the kids to find. He sometimes brings candy or treats. The kids are really loving "Cole".

I Love Christmas

Will and I had our first fire in our fireplace. That was one thing I was looking forward to dong in our new house. I guess it just makes things feel so cosy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I thought i would show everyone Tracy's cute ornament that she made for our ornament swap at church. She worked so hard- It was truly the talk of the party that night at church. Can you believe that 6 people were able to take this awesome ornament home to hang on their tree:)
