Mary-Beth's New Room

MB decided she wanted to change her room. She wanted blue with brown polka-dots. So we have been painting.

Mason came over the day that we painted and he thought the hard work was all too much. He had to take a break on the couch.

Here is the almost finished project. We still a few finishing touches to add to it. MB is a little weary of a new room. This week MB also got her shots for school. She did very good. She had to get four shots and did not cry at all. I then took her and registered her for school. It hit me hard that she is fixing to start when I did this. :(

Fourth of July

We had a great 4th we had alot of family to come down from out of town. So of course, it was a little crazy. But it was a lot of fun. The kids loved the firework show down town. They thought they were getting away with something when they stayed up until 12:00. We finally got in bed around 3:00 or so.

Summer Time

The kids just got back from there stay at Aunt Kathy's and Uncle Toby's. They had a lot of fun and I got some much needed "me" time. When they got home they instantly jumped into the pool. I think they missed the pool more than Will and me, but I sure did miss them.

Give the Girls a Hand

They were so excited and had so much fun. (why is it when it is time for dance on Thursdays Mary-Beth can not seem to get her dance clothes on, but today Mary-Beth and Gretta got fully dressed even down to the ballet slippers ALL BY THERESELVES)

Slip-N-Slide

Here are the kids playing on the slip-n-slide at memaws and granddaddy's. I believe grandaddy was having as much fun as the kids were by throwing them down the slide

We went to the water park in Collins Ms last week. Here are a couple of pics from that day. We had a really great time.

A Hot and Muddy Memorial Day!!

We had a great and relaxing Memorial day. The kids started the afternoon off with swimming in a kiddie pool. Then, they decided to take the water from the pool and put it on to the slide. This turned the slide into a mud slide. It was quite funny to watch the kids slip and slide all over the place. After they wore us adults out we decided to lock them up in the dog pin to give us a rest. LOL! Happy Memorial Day
